Printzessin had someone in-house managing their social media, but without a marketing background, social media can be confusing. They came to us looking for support — not to take over, but to train and guide their team member to get better results.

We kicked things off with a social media audit to understand what was already working and where to focus the training. Pretty quickly, it became clear: there was no real strategy in place. So that’s where we started. Once the strategy was set, we held weekly training sessions to build skills and confidence.

When their team member went on maternity leave, Printzessin asked us to step in fully. They still create their own picture content — and we handle the rest: video creation, strategy, captions, and community management.
